A few weeks ago we received some pictures that were taken of Matthew and Luke on the morning of January 22nd. Feel free to take a look at the slide show.
Wow, those are great photos. It was not easy to watch the slideshow but I'm glad that you have such beautiful photos of your beautiful boys. Thanks for sharing. -Abigail
Chrissy, I know your cousin Karen from the gym. I was sharing the story of my son, Alexander (Zander), who would have been two on April 18th, and Karen shared your story with me.
I am so sorry for your loss! If you ever want someone to talk to who's been there, please call me. I met a friend 3 weeks after losing Zander who saved my sanity. I called her, mainly after 11pm when my daughter and husband were asleep and I was up crying and trying to work through my emotions.
Anyways, you can call, night or day. I am praying for you, John and your kids. God bless you! If you wouldn't mind, I'd like your address so I could send you something.
Your boys were beautiful! What a gift to have those pictures. I have heard stories of women losing their babies and being so drugged up thru the whole process that they have trouble remembering them. I am glad that you had the opportunity to get those pictures. And how sweet that your daughter trusts God that He will hold your babies for you. I pray for you every time I think of you. You have used this trial in your life to be a blessing to others. Thank you for your testimony here. I know it isn't always easy but you are pleasing the Lord with your faith and trust in Him!
This is a blog to keep everyone updated on our journey.
On December 1st at Chrissys 20 week ultrasound we were told that our twin boys were diagnosed with "Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome" Since that day we have been on a journey that has given us a clearer idea of the value of life, hope, and faith. Each day the journey continues...
